We’re from Oklahoma, and every time we come to the Dallas area we have to make a stop here! Such a great selection of beautiful tropical plants at great prices. Every worker has been super friendly and helpful. Plus you have to love store cats ☺️

Customer service severely lacking, rude and condescending over the phone!! I would never spend my money supporting this company. Making way too many assumptions and wouldn’t listen, whichever guy picked up the phone should not be customer facing!!

The employees/owners of Plantkeeper were so polite and professional during my visit. It spoke with Kevin who gave excellent advice/education. It was a "breath of fresh air" to visit a plant store where they want their customers to purchase plants that work for their home conditions/experience.
