By definition, excellence is a noun and defined as the quality of being outstanding. The Greenery Floral & Tuxedo Place (TGFTP) is the epitome of excellence. I made several phone calls within the Tallahassee area searching for companies that provide singing telegrams. My goal was to have flowers delivered with a singing telegram to my mother for her birthday. Singing telegrams in Tallahassee do not exist. I perused local florists on the internet, was attracted to the floral arrangements on TGFTP's website and called to place an order. I explained to the employee that I wanted a very large bouquet, larger than their premium price. I then requested flower changes because my mother likes a certain color. Lastly, as an aside, I inquired if the employee could refer me to someone who sings. I explained that I wanted a singing telegram. To my surprise, she shared that the floral owner is a talented singer and submitted my request to him. To my surprise, he accepted my request, chose a song from my mother's favorite group (Temptations), and arrived early with song, music, photography, and video recording. My mother was so tickled that she even danced a little. At the conclusion of the delivery, I saw in her so much joy. She clapped, placed her hands over her heart and blushingly thanked the owner and his staff. This is excellence. This is service beyond expectation. It does not take much effort for a business to deliver what is required. But it takes a special business acumen, compassion, and humanity to deliver excellence. TGFTP has gained new permanent clients.

I called this business for my baby shower and they did an amazing job. My family was absolutely in love with the centerpiece’s. People were fighting to take them home. They did an amazing job. I definitely recommend them for all flowers needs
