I usually have a great experience here, but when I went in today, 8/21, I had a less than positive experience. The employee didn't acknowledge me or look up from their book once, which made me feel somewhat unwelcome and uncomfortable. The vibe definitely felt off and I ended up leaving after 2 or 3 minutes. It was just jarring because all the other employees I've interacted with were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. 🙁 I understand that maybe they weren't trying to pressure me, but a "welcome in, let me know if you have any questions," goes a LONG way. I'm leaving this review with the intention of providing constructive feedback. The plants and airplants are always good quality and reasonably priced. The store itself is aesthetically pleasing as well. Overall, I enjoy coming here, I just didn't enjoy my experience today.

We visited from Minnesota and had to stop to look at the plants at the Houseplant Hub. The greenhouse is so inviting and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all the plants.

Very nice selection of plants and the employee was knowledgeable when I asked them questions about how the plants grow. Reasonable pricing, will come back!
