Jun 1, 2025KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. I am very unhappy with the customer service. I purchased 3 Thin Man Arborvitae trees and 2 died within 12 months. I have the credit card with the transaction number listed, the original product tag showing the price of $62.98/tree, and pictures of the trees being planted on the day of the purchase. I spoke to Eric who told me it was standard for greenhouses to have the original receipt of purchase because people take advantage. I understand that but CLEARLY I’m not scamming this greenhouse. They just didn’t want to refund the trees…End of story!

May 4, 2025The plants were nice and the prices were ok (not the highest but not the cheapest either for most items. pretty much in line with big box stores). That being said the rose tree I saw was $60 and each tomatoe plant was about $4. I didnt see a garden statue outside for under $35 and that was this tiny flat kitten/ puppy one. The starwars ones looked cool but im sure they were easily $50+. The staff was not very helpful to me. They seem to be friendly with certain customers and not others. I had asked a question on what types of basil they had and was told they didnt know and to just go look and pointed to the same area i was already near. They had more petunias than really any other plants, which im not personally a fan of at all. Not a single staff member ever asked us if we needed any help or anything and there was a ton of staff just wondering around. While this garden center looks pretty its not going to be my go to place since its just not really worth it. Some of the produce plants were not the best quality and didnt look great (twisted and floppy tomatoes, lots of yellow leaves, and some were tiny for the price). Also for the record they only have regular basil, no lemon or sweet basil.
