Pulled up 10 minutes before close and had to take a call. Walked up to the door at 4:57 to make a transaction. As soon as I got out of my car and started to walk towards the door, an associate hustled over and locked the door. I wasnt sure that's what had happened for sure yet but when I got to the door and tried it, I found it was locked and the time was 4:58PM.

This garden center provided the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Unlike other garden stores where employees are typically helpful and passionate about their work, the staff here were consistently rude and dismissive on two separate visits. Although they sell beautiful plants and Maine-made products, I will shop elsewhere for better customer service.

Best quality plants and materials in this area, best prices too. The customer service is also the best. They really care and are passionate about what they do and the products they sell. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!!

A little pricey maybe because the location, but the staff is always very polite and helpful, they have a room for seeds I got some beet and radish seeds, they all sprouted well

This is a long time account of mine . This is a great group of people with loads of experience. If you’re into growing things and want something they don’t have you probably don’t need it.👍🏻
