0 stars from me. Had to give 1 star for this to post. Had expensive purchase for a very large snake plant & large pot on 11/8/25. I noticed less than 2 days later the plant had leaf rot & called right away. Person said there is nothing they can do once it leaves the store & to treat it myself. I didn't give a good look when purchased for leaf rot spots. Who thought. I put it in correct place in house, no vents (trying to suggest it was me).I treated it several times & decided I wanted to speak w/the owner. I have tons of live plants in my house & know how to take care of them. On 12/4 (after having to cut off at least 8 leaves at this point which now looks odd) I asked for owner to call me. No response. Called again early am on 12/8. Still no response. For a business owner to completely disregard when a customer is unhappy even if it would not be a comfortable call for her is unacceptable in my eyes. Think twice about buying a plant here. The sad part was this plant was purchased in remembrance of my dad who recently passed.
