Hoop House has very knowledgable and friendly staff, lush & varied greenery as well as facilitate finding homes for kittens/cats. What a wonderful trifecta!

While visiting Nashville for the weekend, my mom and I wanted to check out this shop we’ve seen on social media! Unfortunately, we were able to visit at the same time the cats were arriving, but we loved looking around at all of the beautiful plants! Looking at reviews from other customers, I do agree with the individual who brought up the concern of the lack of labels. I can understand why the company would choose not to label plants as this encourages conservations and asking questions. However, I was left feeling uneasy and a bit confused. In addition, considering those (like me) with social anxiety, this creates stress and pressure for the customer. I don’t want to discredit the employees who warmly welcomed us and encouraged us to ask questions! I just don’t want the pressure of feeling like I have to ask questions regarding items or prices. Unfortunately, we left without purchasing anything. Not that the selection was not beautiful and worth investing in! But primarily due to the lack of labels.

Love love love this plant shop! We recently moved halfway across the country and when I got my plants repotted at another shop, they randomly started dying. I panicked and had no clue what was happening! I found Tana + her shop and she performed the best plant ER! This shop is adorable, she is so knowledgeable and was truly a lifesaver to my plant babies! I bought a few more plants & pots as well and they’re such a great addition to my home. They have accessories too and I even got some cute bandanas for my dog. Plus kittens are in the shop?!! Dream come true! Can’t wait to go back!

When I heard of the concept of shopping for plants and being able to see and hang with cats/kittens I was all in. However the experience didn't stand to what I would expect. The plants are a little expensive and a few that I bought didn't last long at all. This is compared to the plants that I've purchased from big box stores that I still have and are thriving. Also, the customer service is hit or miss. At times they are wonderful and other times they are not friendly and condescending. I've been ignored a few times with the staff assisting others rather than assisting me when I was definitely there before those customers came. After the my last experience there I don't plan to return...

Incredible shop! The staff is so kind and helpful! Tana and Cherith are super knowledgeable about tropical plants and the work they do with Nashville Cat Rescue is a cherry on top!!
