Find the reviews praising the staff’s kindness a little strange. Walked in and made eye contact with the guy behind the counter, said “hey man how are you doing today?” He ignores me and looks back at his phone. Then another employee comes in and I look at her and say “hello”, and smile, fully ignores me and goes over to the guy behind the counter and begins talking to him. Walk up to the counter and stand there for about 60 seconds hoping someone would acknowledge me to answer a question I had, didn’t want to say anything until they said something to me since I’ve already greeted both employees and not gotten a response, maybe they’re trying to figure something out or something. Nah, after me awkwardly standing there for about a minute, the guy on his phone looks up at me, makes eye contact, says nothing and looks back at his phone while his coworker at this point is handling inventory organization. I was just like “okay then” walked out the door without a goodbye or anything. Never acknowledged my presence the entire time I was in the store, offered help, anything.

Phillip was amazing here! Gave opinions when asked, wasn’t pushy and helped me get my plant into my car. Will be visiting again!

Just went here for my first time, and it was amazing! The plants all looked so happy and healthy (which was refreshing after my trip to Home Depot....those poor plants). Also, the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back!

This place is great. I just started working in the neighborhood & was super excited to find it. I bought a beautiful string of pearls there, a plant I had never even seen before. Prices are super reasonable & the plants are all healthy. The young man who assisted me was very nice & knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back.

Been here like 3 times already, love this little spot!!Staff’s always super nice, patient, and even helped us repot when we needed. Such good vibes, def swing by if you’re into plants.
