Absolutely Lovely to step into Hashimoto's historic Nursery, stroll, sit, shop and feel the zen of a place withstanding time...

My go-to nursery was closed so I came here. I wasn’t surprised to see other low reviews that mentioned the staff being rude and not bothering to assist customers. Someone was eating cake behind the counter while I was waiting to be helped. I spoke up and asked where the line was after they helped someone before me and no one acknowledged me even though I said something twice. I didn’t feel welcome but was desperate for some supplies. I usually have a much more pleasant experience where I usually go.

This place sets the standard for all nurseries in my life. I love it here.

I found some gorgeous pots here. Best selection I havr found in LA. I also like how it's a small, family owned business. I hope they stay carry on for many more years.
