I had a box of parts missing and since I didn't open an inspect within 2 day now I have to BUY the parts again. Very sad since I work 70 to 80 hours a week, delivering groceries. We don't get a lot of time off.

This is a drop ship company, therefore they do not accept returns after 30 days becausee they NEVER actually handle their merchandise. The manager was rude and flat lied about their policy blaming the manufacturer. Customer service is a zero !

Great prices - same day pick up for me since I am local. Even threw in some extra bags for my pool/vac cleaner.

Reliable staff! Worked with all my concerns. This is the way a mom and pop store should work.
