I rarely write reviews, but Grandio absolutely earned this one. I purchased a Grandio greenhouse with the Premium Package about a year ago. When I finally scheduled the assembly, we discovered that one of the most expensive components — the set of eight automatic roof vent openers — was missing from the shipment. I dreaded calling customer service. It had been a full year since delivery, and I expected the usual corporate script: “Sorry, it’s been too long, nothing we can do.” Instead, I experienced something extraordinary. The woman who answered the phone told me she was the main packaging lead. She took detailed notes, checked the records, and said, “It looks like I had already left for the day when your order was packed — someone else packed it.” She then personally explained the situation to their customer service representative before transferring me. The CS rep was warm, understanding, and immediately said something I almost never hear anymore: she believed me. She acknowledged that there was no reason for me to invent a story about eight missing vent openers, and without hesitation, she placed a replacement order to ship them to me at no cost. No hoops. No defensiveness. No “policy.” Just integrity, accountability, and kindness. And the greenhouse itself? Beautifully engineered, solid, and a joy to use. The quality of the product is matched only by the quality of the people behind it. Grandio is the rare company that still does the right thing simply because it’s the right thing. They’ve earned my trust — and my loyalty.

The greenhouse kit I ordered was great. The assembly documentation had a few hard to understand parts, but the quality of the panels and pieces was excellent and well engineered. I was surprised at the parts in the trellis kit. Some thought went into the design of these components. Someone somewhere needs to design an oscillating solar powered fan. . . Maybe Grandio is that company? 😅
